They contacted me within minutes and scheduled an appointment the next week between 8-12 today. At 1215 I called and was told the appointment was cancelled as it was out of their service area. I asked why the appointment was even made if it was out of their service area and was told “I don’t know” No one called me in advance they just cancelled. This was a waste of 4h or my time sitting and waiting. As far as I am concerned they should be paying me for my wasted time! Would not recommend!September 2026Google
- Dave Bodnarek1.0Very Disappointing Experience — Get a Second Opinion I’ve been in the trades for 30 years and understand the costs involved in running a service company. That said, I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I was charged approximately $120 for a service call regarding my tub/shower valve. During the visit, no tools were taken out to investigate the issue, and I was quoted approximately $2,100 to replace the valve. I was later told to call the company if I had concerns. I called two days ago and, as of writing this review, have not received a return call. I decided to get a second opinion from Tyler Friesen, owner/operator of Fairway Plumbing & Heating in Airdrie. Tyler came out the next day, properly assessed the problem, and completed the repair for approximately $850. He did an excellent job. We previously trusted Knight Plumbing to install our furnace and air conditioner, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As the owner of Double D Electrical, I understand overhead and the need to make a profit, but I also believe in fair pricing, proper assessment, and looking after your customers. Do your research and get a second opinion. The difference in my case was approximately $1,250.September 2026Google

I was given several appointment times to choose from. I appreciate the text giving me the time that the plumber would arrive. BingKun replaced a valve and solved the problem easily and quickly. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He explained step by step what he was doing. In advance, he told me the cost of the repair before doing the work. Every part of this experience was smooth and excellent. I highly recommend this company and BingKun. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.👍😊September 2026Google
