    Sebastian, Monty's technician, came, figured out quickly how to resolve the issue another locksmith couldn't. He managed to program my new car keys both the chip & the remote, tried them to ensure they working perfectly & even added the VW emblem . I lost the only key I had.     I had such a wonderful experience with Altin! I had lost my only set of car keys and needed completely new keys made for my car. Altin truly went above and beyond to help me and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and just genuinely a very good person. One of the sweetest parts of the experience was how he included my little girl and let her watch & help him while he made the new keys. She thought it was so cool! That gesture really showed the kind of person he is. Bren was also extremely kind, helpful, and wonderful to deal with throughout the process. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. I’m so grateful for Altin and Bren’s help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
