- Tucker Adams2.0I got an annual maintenance plan and was told that I would be contacted to set up a maintenance checkup in the spring. This never happened, so I called to set one up. The appointment was canceled the day it was supposed to occur. When I called to ask when it would be rescheduled, Jose at first claimed that Right Away had contacted me 4 times and I had ignored them. When I showed this had never happened, Jose immediately became rude and dismissive ("I don't know what you're refusing to understand", "I'm not going to go over why the system did or didn't work for you") and would not give me any indication of when the maintenance would be scheduled. I certainly understand that there is a lot of demand for AC service right now with the heat. That being said, being insulted for asking when I could expect to be able to schedule my maintenance was an impressively poor business interaction. I’ve had positive experiences with Right Away in the past, but very disappointed with my experience today.July 2026Google
