Our Take on Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

The chamber-of-commerce memberships and BBB accreditation suggest a company built on repeat local business rather than one-off leads, and the named technicians in reviews back that up, though the missing license numbers and warranty terms mean a homeowner should ask before booking.

  • Jody Pulford5.0I posted a review last year when we had our air conditioner replaced. At that time we bought a yearly membership, though I NEVER do that. I have to say, it's been a good thing. They've been out four times now since. I've had their plumber, Jeremiah out to check a drain and today I had Richard Sims out for me free annual furnace inspection. Every employee that we've interacted with is very polite, professional, and someone that you don't mind in your house. They are experts in their trade, detail oriented and have never tried to push any extra services or work. In fact, they've all told me how I can address simple issues myself and to call if I need help. In todays world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company is a throw back to days of old where treating your customer like family was the standard. I'm not easy to impress and take care of most things myself, but this company has it together. They have my highest recommendation!September 2026Google

About Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric works out of a Bryant Street shop in West Colfax, close enough to downtown Denver to reach most of the metro quickly, and the company's service area stretches unusually far for a residential HVAC outfit, covering Aurora, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Highlands Ranch, and Parker alongside Denver proper.

The heating and cooling list covers furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, central air, and ductless mini-splits, with humidifiers and smart thermostat installation for indoor air quality. Because the company also runs a full plumbing division, drain cleaning, sewer line work, camera inspections, and slab leak detection are handled by the same office, and an electrical team rounds out the offering. That range means a single call can cover a furnace tune-up and a slow drain in the same visit.

Heart answers its phone 24/7 for emergencies and offers financing for larger installations, though the website does not spell out specific warranty terms or a free-estimate policy, so those are worth confirming when booking. The company is BBB accredited and holds active memberships in the Westminster, Thornton, and West Metro chambers of commerce, which points to a business that has built local relationships rather than just running ads.

Reviewers name individual technicians, including Justin Covington, Joel, Richard, and Trent, for showing up on time and explaining the work in plain terms, which is a good sign for a company this size. The website does not publish a founding year, individual license numbers, or staff bios, so anyone who wants that detail should ask directly rather than expect to find it online.

Heart suits homeowners in Heart's wide service radius who want one number to call for heating, cooling, and plumbing together. It suits less well someone specifically outside its listed cities, since the service area, while broad, is not unlimited. Before booking, ask for the technician's Colorado license number and get warranty terms in writing, since neither is detailed on the site.
