I requested a diagnosis, and someone came out after about an hour. he said it's the capacitor that they can replace for $450 if it doesn't work, you can claim a $500 discount on a new system. The part costs $15 on Amazon, but with them it was $200. So we decided to make the replacement nothing changed or worked, so he said if it wasn't that, then it might be a gas leak that we can look for, but it might not even be a gas leak. So he booked an appointment to get our system replaced and said this scenario, we would get a $500 discount on our new system. So when the sales rep came out, he came in for 2 minutes and said we don't work with gas systems so we can't help you and left. I found this to be very misleading. So I called to customer service and the billing department told them my situation and they agreed with me and that I should get a refund both repair center and billing (all calls were recorded, so they can check what they said to me) Then they told me they would get back to me, so I get a call form the General manager Sean, one of the most unpleasant and rude people on the phone that feels like he used to work in used car sales, would twist your words, deny everything, and talk over you any second he had a chance to he would refuse to listen. He said we are never gonna give you money back, the previous customer service representative said I was entitled to a refund. So he also, after being super rude and screaming on the phone, said he can come out and give a quote for a new system but not the gas one we need, and he would be "willing" to give us a discount on a system that would cost 10 times more to install. Every person in this company says something different I have talked to 5 people in the last two days, and they all said something different. if you call the customer service, they don't care about you a single bit if you are not there to buy something. So if you don't want to pay $200 for parts that cost $15 on Amazon, not get yelled at by a used car salesman, Sean, and then trying to sell you after being rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you scroll through the other reviews, you will find the same occurrences, especially with used car salesman Sean. The response that they will write for this review will be an automatic message that will just tell you the number to call and guess who it will be? Thatsvright SEAN! I really hope this company changes its approach to how they do business just because their the biggest doesn't mean they can treat people the way they do. UPDATED: They get a company to report all of their 1 star reviews they did that to my review as well.September 2026Google
