- Tony G.2.0Complete waste of time and money, not recommended. I reached out requesting warranty replacement of the blower motors in our LG heat pumps due to loud bearings. They spent 45 minutes here and charged us $400 for diagnostics and a cleaning we didn't approve. They then confirmed the motors are still under warranty from LG but said they aren't willing to do the paperwork to get reimbursed from LG to do the work, and that I should reach out to the company that originally installed the system. This was despite the fact we aready told them we don't know who installed it because we bought the house with this system. I had hoped we would be able to do business with this company going forward but that definitely won't be the case. They ignore their customers and do whatever they want, at the customers expense. UPDATE: After we spent a great amount of time requesting a refund TBros offered one if I agreed to consider updating this review. A full refund was finally received but we'll never regain the time we wasted. Thank you.September 2026Google
