The plumber showed up without even bringing a camera to properly inspect the line, which should have been one of the most basic steps before suggesting expensive work. Then, when he came back a second time, I was given what I considered a completely unreasonable quote along with a bunch of costly ideas that could have been explained during the first visit. There was no reason to waste my time—or his—with another appointment just to come back with an outrageous proposal. To make matters worse, their cancellation fees are ridiculously high. The whole experience felt disorganized, overpriced, and extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything with this company.
