- Sara Hosseini1.0I had a very bad experience with them. I got connected with them through Home Star website. They scheduled a plumber to come to my place on Monday the long weekend of Labour Day. I canceled my plans for them to come. But in the morning they changed the schedule without even asking me. I contacted them to reschedule it again and they accepted. A plumber was supposed to come today between 4pm-8pm. I came home early and was waiting for him. At 6:13pm someone from that company called me that the plumber can’t come and wanted to reschedule it. I told him to cancel it completely. They are unreliable and wasted my time. Never recommend them.September 2026Google
