    Copperstone renovated my kitchen and bathroom and refreshed my dining room. I was impressed with the company from their first interaction. The personal touch and attention to detail was a wonderful feeling.<br>Lindsey and Alex were amazing in creating a new floor plan, more lighting, cabinetry, ample storage and incredible functionality. Lindsey designed the spaces to have cohesive flow and modern style. She narrowed the product selections, helped me choose colours and accessories. I can’t thank her enough.<br>The cabinetry was delayed slightly due to hardware but only 1 week since Mark arranged a direct delivery to the house. That was very much appreciated. Having no kitchen for any length of time is difficult. It was worth every penny. I wish I had reached out earlier, shortly after moving in.<br>Everyone took pride in their work.<br>Thank you Mark, Lindsey, Alex, Stan, Ernesto, Q, Matt, Lisa and Richard.<br>The renovation was completed in November. Here are some before and after photos.<br>Just as a note, each space was dated, lacked lighting and proper storage dating back to the late 60s or early 70s.<br>Copperstone solved my issues and elevated my space. We are thrilled with the results.<br><br>Stay tuned for Phase 2 the lower levels.

    We hired Copperstone last fall to do renovations in the townhome we had just purchased. We wanted to change the three bathrooms, renovate the staircase, improve the laundry area, remove the ceiling stipple, paint the whole house, and change some flooring.<br>Our very first meeting with the owner was useful to establish expectations about timing for the start of the project and when it would likely be completed. The design phase went smoothly and our dedicated designer helped us make appropriate choices that suited our tastes and that were compatible with the schedule we had set. We particularly appreciated the precise scope of work that was prepared prior to signing the contract. Not only did it ensure a common understanding of the work to be done, it also inspired confidence as every detail from our conversations was accurately reflected in the document, indicating great listening skills.<br>The work began as scheduled. We were assigned a project manager who would be our single point of contact during the execution phase of the project. Again the process went very well. He provided us with weekly reports (via the Buildertrend app) about work that was accomplished during the week and what was planned for the following week. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The few times we noticed work that raised questions in our minds, he quickly acted to explain the rationale and, when needed, to rectify any issue. Copperstone had made allowance for any "deficiencies" that are normally noticed in the days that follow renovations so that they can be corrected. Here again the process was very efficient.<br>At the end of the day, what matters are the results, and we were not disappointed. Everything looks beautiful.<br>It was a pleasure working with the whole team at every stage. They show exceptional consistency in being respectful, responsive and good natured, which suggests they have a healthy work culture and ethic. So many things can go wrong with renovation projects but this project went really smoothly. It touched almost every room in our new home and we are extremely happy with the results. We were lucky to find Copperstone and will certainly choose them for our next renovation.

    Copperstone did an excellent job renovating our kitchen. It was a lot of fun working with their designer Lindsey who guided us through every decision. We appreciated that she listened to what we wanted, and she placed a lot of emphasis on making sure the kitchen would blend in with the rest of the house. We also appreciated that in preparing the initial quotation for us, Copperstone suggested a change that saved us a significant amount of money.<br>The renovation was well organized and done well. And they ended by doing a superb cleaning job, well beyond what we had expected.<br>We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and have no hesitation in recommending Copperstone to others.
