Renovating your home is a big undertaking, with a lot of decisions and inevitably a few unexpected things along the way, and we really appreciated having a team we could trust throughout the process.<br><br>Whenever we had a question or concern, we felt heard, and the team was always willing to talk things through and find a solution. We never felt like we were just another project — it was clear that they genuinely cared about our home and about making sure we were happy with the end result.<br><br>What stood out most was their commitment to getting things right. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show in the finished space, and even now that we’re living in it, we continue to notice and appreciate the little details.<br><br>We’re so happy with our home and very grateful to the Magnolia team for all the work they put into it. We would absolutely work with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.

    Magnolia gave us the basement we always wanted. They stayed on quote. Everyone who came was super pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. That was really important to us because we have young kids. Magnolia made sure everything was to our liking. I can’t say enough good things.<br><br>They dug down our basement by about two feet. It was ALL bedrock underneath. It was a monumental task. But they did it. They delivered.<br><br>We did bench footing for most of it, with underpinning where necessary for the stairway and for the bathroom. They built a full bathroom for us from scratch. New plumbing. A sewage pit/pump because of the digging. A new sump pump with weeping tile inside the new floor to capture ground water. They redirected our plumbing from upstairs to go directly to the city sewer line for less burden on the sewage pump. New stairs. New windows. A laundry room. New furnace and HVAC. Insulated the ceiling with noise cancelling insulation. The whole nine yards.<br><br>The care and attention from our project managers and from Joey the owner were second to none. Always responsive. Always solution oriented. All the sub trades who came were great guys. They cared about us and our family. It was actually soothing knowing they were here!<br><br>The fact that we got this basement and that Magnolia stayed on quote is so huge for our family. Other companies came in way higher or told us they would have to charge by the hour if they hit bedrock. We couldn’t have that kind of financial uncertainty.<br><br>Magnolia did the whole thing and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Joey! Thank you Richard! Thank you Faraz! Thank you Gabriel!     Have hired this company many times over the past 4 years, ever since they rescued the 100-year old 2-level porch on my old Victorian from collapsing. I'm sure i don't fall within the demographic Magnolia normally serves:.. yet, they have abswered every call - and tackled every job.
