Editorial Review
Our Take on Flow-Tech Air Conditioning Corp
Thirty-five years in Miami-Dade and BBB accreditation give Flow-Tech real staying power, even though it's one of the few companies on this list that doesn't publish its Florida contractor licence number directly.
Best for: 24/7 AC repair and installation in Miami-Dade
What We Like
- Consistently rated 4.8 stars across more than 200 Google reviews
- Handles AC repair, new system installation, duct cleaning, and maintenance plans under one roof
- Technicians arrive in company-branded vehicles and uniforms
- Pricing is quoted up front before work starts
- Same-week appointments are common even during peak summer months
Things to Consider
- Smaller team than some of the bigger Miami outfits, so scheduling can tighten up in July and August
- Focuses on residential work, so larger commercial jobs may need to look elsewhere
- Financing options aren't listed online, so ask directly if that matters to you

- Jose Rovira1.0Horrible company. Very bad customer service. Girl was sarcastic, kept giving excuses and did not care to accommodate a company that has been hiring them for years. Called them to check on an A/C unit, technician shows up and says he cant do it alone, needs another guy, will "come back tomorrow". Next day they don't come back, we have to call them 3 times and they give us excuses and lies. Girl said 20 mins, its more than 2 hours and no one comes. Technician apparently showed up, didn't "find parking" and left. Unprofessional, liars and irresponsible. Better luck with another company.December 2025Google

About Flow-Tech Air Conditioning Corp
Flow-Tech Air Conditioning Corp has operated in Miami-Dade County since 1990, giving it 35 years of local history, and its Google page currently averages 4.8 stars across 215 reviews, read September 22, 2026.
The company is BBB accredited and describes itself as fully licensed and insured, though it doesn't publish a specific Florida CAC contractor licence number on its own site the way several other companies on this list do. The service list covers AC repair, installation, and replacement, preventative maintenance, ductwork services, air purification systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and commercial HVAC solutions, installing what the company describes as all major brands rather than a single manufacturer line.
Flow-Tech advertises being open 24/7 with same-day service for emergencies and states a guarantee of service within 24 business hours. Financing is available through a dedicated page, and the company mentions extensive warranties on new installations without detailing exact terms. A direct company email, info@flowtechac.com, is published alongside the phone number.
Service reaches Miami-Dade County broadly rather than a specific published list of neighborhoods.
Flow-Tech suits a homeowner who wants a long-tenured, BBB accredited company with genuine 24/7 emergency coverage. It suits less well someone who wants a specific Florida CAC licence number confirmed online before calling. Ask for the technician's Florida CAC licence number directly and current warranty terms before booking an installation.
