Editorial Review
Our Take on AC Repair 24 Seven by Cooling Masters
Naming and picturing the actual technicians who show up, Yasser, Carlos, Daniel, and Dencil, is a level of transparency almost no competitor on this list matches, and a perfect 5.0 stars across 130 reviews backs it up.
Best for: Same-day AC repair with named technicians
What We Like
- Perfect 5.0-star average across 130 reviews
- 24/7 availability
- Named, pictured team led by Yasser with technicians Carlos, Daniel, and Dencil
- State-licensed Certified Air Conditioning Contractor
- Reviewers consistently praise clear upfront pricing and clean work
Things to Consider
- Smaller review count than the biggest names in this ranking, though the rating is the highest
- As a smaller crew, very high summer demand can push out non-emergency scheduling
- Confirm coverage if you're outside central Miami, since its service area is tighter than the citywide players

- Lou Garcia5.0It’s been a month now since my AC was installed. I can tell you that with the experience I had in the past with other companies, this company is second to none. The business model emphasizes quality and customer service. I can not say enough good things about Yaser and the team he put together to replace our AC Unit. This company is the A-Team of service. It’s a long lost art that they are bringing back. Pricing is on point. Don’t bother hacking away for other pricing. It’s extremely fair and will within a new AC system. Keep up the excellent work.August 2026Google

- Victor Piñeiro5.0Amazing Company. Nice customer service. I had an issue with my 9 year old ac and same day they planned a visit. After diagnosing they said about replacing my ac because it was really damaged and the electric bills were high for a long time. Same day….they installed my new ac unit. 10 years guarantee and 2 years free for maintenance. They rocks. Thanks Daniel and VictorJuly 2026Google

About AC Repair 24 Seven by Cooling Masters
AC Repair 24 Seven by Cooling Masters, Miami, FL, works from a Miami office branded "the cooling masters," and its Google page currently averages a perfect 5.0 stars across 130 reviews, read September 22, 2026.
The company publishes its Florida CAC licence, CAC1824487, directly on its site, and names its team with photos: Yasser as lead contractor, Carlos handling diagnostics and emergency repair, Daniel handling installations and tune-ups, and Dencil handling maintenance and commercial routes, a level of named-staff transparency few competitors in this Miami ranking match. Services cover same-day emergency AC repair in under 60 minutes, AC installation at a stated pace of roughly 600 units a year, AC maintenance and tune-ups, commercial HVAC, air duct cleaning, and AC replacement.
The company states it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no overtime charges added for nights, weekends, or holidays, a specific point of difference from competitors that add evening or weekend surcharges on top of the repair bill. Contact runs through phone and WhatsApp rather than a published email address, and the site does not detail specific warranty terms, brands installed, or financing options, so those are worth confirming directly.
Service reaches Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, more than 26 neighborhoods by the company's own count, a wider reach than several smaller crews on this list offer.
Reviewers repeatedly mention Yasser and Carlos by name, and the pattern in the feedback is upfront pricing quoted before work starts and a crew that shows up inside the promised window rather than a vague same-day slot. That combination, a perfect rating held across 130 reviews, is unusual for a company this size.
AC Repair 24 Seven by Cooling Masters suits a homeowner who wants to know exactly who is showing up, given the named and pictured technicians, and who values a stated no-overtime-charge policy for after-hours breakdowns. It suits less well someone who wants a published warranty or financing terms confirmed online before calling, since neither is spelled out on the site. Ask for the technician's Florida CAC licence number to confirm and current warranty terms before booking.
