Even on nights and weekends, MCI has been there to assist us,. Friday evening our AC syatem began on and off service throughout the weekend. Since I am cuttently bedridden with back issues, the prospect of days without air was quite concerning. I called RCI and mentioned my situation, and once agai I am extremely happy to report that Mike and RCI had 2 technicians, Mario and Manny, at our door 2 hours after our call his morning, and the system is back up and running. Outstanding work by a thoughtfull and considerate service team in our book. You don't find service like this very often and once again RCI has shown itself to be tge top choice in our book. Great job Mike, and thanks again for your excellent service over these years we been using you to get through our long hot Florida summers,September 2026Google
