About Greg's Plumbing and Heating Inc.
Greg's Plumbing and Heating Inc. is a licensed plumbing and HVAC company at 69 Bigwin Road, Unit 1, on the east Mountain. Google shows 291 reviews at a 4.7 average for this location, read September 24, 2026, and lists it as open 24 hours. The company also has a Dundas listing.
The website says Greg's has served Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Binbrook, Caledonia and Grimsby since 2018. For homes, it handles drain cleaning and hydro jetting, leak repair, sewer backups, sewer line repair and main line clogs, camera inspections, toilet repairs, fixture installation, sump pump repair and installation, and water heater repair and replacement. For businesses and property managers, it lists backflow prevention testing, grease trap and interceptor service with waste removed by a licensed hauler, commercial drain cleaning, commercial water heaters and boilers, and industrial plumbing. On the heating side there are gas line and gas appliance hookups, furnaces, boilers and air conditioning. Same-day service and 24/7 emergency help are both advertised. The website also runs a set of online tools, including a backwater valve rebate checker for Hamilton homeowners.
Reviews point to clear pricing. Jeff called about a plugged kitchen drain, got next-day service, was quoted before any work started, and said the crew found the clog near the main stack without leaving a mess. Jeffrey has used Greg's for renovations and maintenance, including moving a main stack and rerouting plumbing, and said the technician Brian was thorough and upfront on cost during a gas leak emergency. Kerri, who runs a 24/7 business, said Cam kept them updated on a job that had to be tightly coordinated. Another reviewer said Greg himself arrived on time and left the area clean.
The website does not publish warranty terms or financing.
Greg's suits a Hamilton homeowner who wants plumbing, gas and heating from one company, or a restaurant or property manager who needs backflow testing and grease trap service. It suits less well someone looking for a long written warranty. Ask for warranty terms, confirm the plumber's Ontario certificate of qualification and the company's TSSA registration for gas work, and ask about the City of Hamilton backwater valve subsidy.
