Editorial Review

Our Take on Infinity Flooring Inc

A long-running shop with the widest material list here, including Marmoleum and cork. The rating is the lowest of the nine, so confirm the install crew and timeline up front. If your job mixes materials, such as vinyl in the kitchen and carpet upstairs, the single-contractor approach is the main reason to call. Ask for the quote in writing, with labour and material shown on separate lines, and for the name of the installer who will do your rooms.

We were very pleased with the friendly, efficient and professional service we got from Infinity Flooring.
Thank you Gloria (our salesperson) and Sam (our installer). The carpet feels great underfoot and looks seamless. We’ve used Infinity before to have our whole house done with hardwood and carpeting and we were super happy to be able to work with them again.
Lisa and Michael Thumm

We were one of the victims of the July 1 flooding. After a few visits and discussions with Gloria, we decided to go with 2x2 'carpet tiles' rather than wall to wall. We had them installed as a 'floating' floor. Rather than being glued down to the cement floor the tiles are taped together by tabs at each corner. Jason and Scott did a magnificant job and we are thrilled with them. The staff is very patient, accommodating and truly service oriented. We would not hesitate to refer clients their way.

We are very happy with infinity flooring. We wanted bold flooring in a diamond pattern (specifically a burgundy and white). After going to multiple flooring stores in Ottawa no one could help us. Until we met Gloria at infinity flooring and she mentioned marmoleum. What an amazing product. It’s a very labour intensive pattern and Stephan did an amazing job. We will absolutely be going back to infinity flooring for future jobs!

I am extremely pleased with the work this contractor did replacing my carpet with beautiful hardwood flooring. From the very beginning, the price was highly competitive, offering excellent value without compromising on quality.
The contractor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. Despite losing a day due to unforeseen circumstances, he worked efficiently and stayed committed to the schedule, ultimately completing the job on time as promised.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The final result is absolutely flawless, and the hardwood flooring has completely transformed the look of my home. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for quality flooring installation, fair pricing, professionalism, and exceptional results. Thank you for a job well done!
Thanks Mark and Geizi!

We had an outstanding experience with Infinity Flooring with the carpet installation team from start to finish. Gloria who was knowledgeable, responded efficiently to all our questions with clarity and detail by email which attracted us to visit the place of business. Jason, the sales representative was equally as transparent with pricing, quality of the products and installation services. He walked with us in the show room and provided additional information, recommendations, he was patient, and helped us find the perfect flooring within our budget. He also kept us in the loop regarding the timeline. The installer, Patrick was amazing as well, he was hardworking, efficient, polite and particularly worked in a clean and detail-oriented manner. Thank you to everyone for making this home upgrade so seamless. 6 on 5 stars to this professional installation team!!!

We had a great experience with Infinity Flooring. Jason's knowledgeable advice helped us choose a carpet that would work well in our space. We appreciated the willingness to do an on-site quote at our out of town location. Patrick Martin did a beautiful job with the installation. The seams are truly invisible and he did such meticulous work around a ridiculous number of spindles.
Thank you!

Company Background

About Infinity Flooring Inc

Infinity Flooring Inc operates from Unit A at 2595 Robertson Road in Nepean. Its website says the company has been in business since 1996 and describes more than 27 years in flooring.

The range is broad. The site lists vinyl and Marmoleum, laminate, carpet, hardwood, tile, epoxy and cork, and it takes on commercial jobs as well as houses. Marmoleum and cork are not on every showroom floor, so a homeowner who wants natural linoleum for a kitchen or a cork floor in a den has a real option here.

Infinity holds 4.5 stars from 71 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026. Customers mention Gloria in sales, Jason, and installers Sam and Patrick Martin by name. At 4.5 it is the lowest rating on this list, and it clears our 4.5 floor with no margin, so it earns its place on breadth and experience rather than on a near-perfect score.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4. Sunday is closed. Phone (613) 820-9598 or email info@infinityflooring.ca.

Infinity suits people with an unusual material in mind, owners of small commercial spaces, and anyone replacing several different floors in one house who wants one contractor. It suits less well a buyer who wants the highest-rated crew on the list. Before booking, ask for a written quote that separates materials from labour, who the installer will be, how long the job will take, how they check the subfloor for moisture and flatness, and how they handle a callback if a seam lifts.
