Company Background

About My Floors and Renovations

My Floors and Renovations is a flooring and renovation company based at 348 Windermere Road NW in Edmonton's southwest. Its website lists vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, carpet, carpet tile, glue-down and loose-lay vinyl, cork tile and stair flooring, plus carpentry such as trim, baseboards and molding, and kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Reviews describe how jobs run. Sadia wrote that Denis and his crew replaced carpet and installed vinyl tile across four rooms, two hallways and the stairs in three days. RL Bear had old carpet pulled from a townhouse and replaced with scratch-proof, waterproof flooring, chosen with three large dogs in mind. Jackie described a walkthrough before work began and a job finished on schedule and on budget even after several added tasks, and Ann Marie said the crew painted the basement and upstairs after tearing out carpet. The pattern is carpet removal, a new hard surface and finishing work handled by one team, which fits Edmonton's many townhouses and basements with tired carpet.

The company's mix is also its main limit. Flooring shares the calendar with renovation work, so My Floors and Renovations is a smaller flooring specialist than the showroom operators on this list, and the website shows no licence, warranty terms or staff profiles. The site gives Sunday hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. while Google shows Sunday closed, so confirm a weekend visit by phone. The business holds 5.0 from 152 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026.

Before booking, ask for a written quote that names the product, the removal and disposal work and the transitions, ask who does the painting or carpentry if the job includes it, and get the warranty in writing. It suits a homeowner who wants a floor swap with finishing touches. It suits a large commercial job less well.

Email Denis@my-floors.ca or use the contact details on the company's website at my-floors.ca. Send the room sizes, the floor type you want and whether old flooring needs to come out. Ask for a written, itemised quote so you can compare it with at least two others.

Edmonton. Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. Confirm your address before scheduling, particularly at the edge of a service area.

  • Does My Floors and Renovations offer emergency service?

Emergency availability is not listed for this company. If you need an urgent call-out, check the ranking for companies that do list it.

  • What warranty do they offer?

Warranty terms are not on file. Ask for them in writing before work starts.

  • How was this profile built?
