    Jeff from red tag floors was amazing to deal with. He was straight forward, open, and not at all pushy. I felt like I was family as soon as I walked in the store. I ended up getting flooring and unstall for my entire house. His install guys did an amazing job, and were very quick. I had a bathroom reno a week before, who raised the bathroom floor tile quite a bit. The flooring install guys were able to make it flush by raising the entire top floor of the house with additional plywood on last minute notice. Despite the quick speed of their work, I noticed great attention to detail and no nicks in the wall. I'm an inspe tor (oilfield) for a living and notice details. Great job, great service, great price! This post is around a year later... no issues with warping or movement after install!

    We had an exceptional experience dealing with Quality Red Tag Floors. They beat the price of the exact same carpet from another company substantially. Jeff was great and not only made sure we met our tight timeframe but was able to get our carpet installed days earlier than we had expected. I would definitely recommend!

    From the minute we walked into Quality Red Rag Floors and spoke with Jeff regarding replacing our carpet, we knew we were in the right place. Jeff showed us the several types of flooring and we fell in love with Hickory Engineered Hardwood. We also replaced the carpet on both stairways we choice a beautiful high-end quality good for stairs. John was very helpful in picking out the right carpet we would be happy with.<br><br>John came to our home to give us an estimate and from there things came together.<br><br>We are very happy with the quality of the products and the quality of the installers. We had one hiccup with the installer but it was rectified quickly.<br><br>Thank you to Jeff, John and the great customer service we received. Thank you to the installer.<br>We are thrilled with our new flooring.

    From the first appointment with Jeff at their office, measuring by John and installation by Yassir, I was impressed by all the personnel.<br>They were friendly, informative about flooring products, co-operative about my time frame and excellent with the workmanship.<br>Work was done in an 1100 sq ft. condo and included engineered hardwood and vinyl tile.<br>I would definitely recommend Quality Red Tag Floors as a flooring business.
