I reached out to VC Floor as they are one of the few suppliers and installers that work with Marmoleum. Firstly, the service from the Sales Manager Pavlo was exceptional - he understood that I knew what I wanted and wasn't trying to do anything but provide me great results with a specific product. Open and honest conversation throughout the project.

The installers (Andrew and his wife) were extremely professional and considerate. They were accodmotaing to my overly involved cat and my busy schedule. The results are flawless - every seam and edge is just perfection. I could not be happier with the results.

We had VC Floors install the tile flooring in our bathroom along with the tile tub surround, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The workmanship was exceptional, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished product. It completely transformed the look of our bathroom.

The installer was also fantastic to deal with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work. He was great at answering our questions and made sure everything was done properly.

It’s not always easy finding contractors who genuinely care about the quality of their work, but VC Floors definitely exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high-quality tile work. Thanks again for the great job!

Long story short: we had plans to renovate our kitchen; and, we decided to look elsewhere for a flooring provider, as we wanted to redo more than the kitchen floors. Anyway, my conversations began with Pavlo back in May - I explained the whole situation and I was told not to worry. Fast forward to Mid-July and the Kitchen contractors finally got the ordered materials and gave me their start date; so, I reached out to Pavlo and advised of the short window - he told me not to worry.

Now that my house is almost back to order, I feel like its time to give the credit where its due, because from the guy who delivered the flooring materials (and helped me with picking up my own base boards) to the father and son team that ultimately stripped the floors and installed the new one. I have to say I’m impressed, because man they had their work cut out for them; given the timelines to make two projects mesh seamlessly.

Take it from me, learn from my mistakes: do it right the first time. If Pavlo tells you not to worry. Don’t worry, because given my experience, I can say that you’re in good hands. If you’re fortunate enough to have that Father and Son team in your house, you can be rest assured you have an honest hard-working team. Though i'm sure whoever you have will still be top-shelf.

If I ever need a flooring job done again, be it a new home or friends and family looking to get something done, there’s only one number to call as far as I’m concerned: VC Floors.

Company Background

About VC Floor

VC Floor operates an Edmonton showroom at 4418 97 Street NW and sells and installs a wide range of flooring: solid and engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and sheet, linoleum, carpet and carpet tile, ceramic, porcelain and stone tile, laminate, cork and bamboo. Its website separates Edmonton from Vancouver, where the brand also has a shop, so check that you are dealing with the Edmonton showroom and its (587) 442-2922 line. Installation services listed include hardwood, vinyl, laminate and carpet, stairs, heated floors, floor levelling, flooring removal and commercial jobs, and the company also offers interior painting, wall panels and blinds.

Reviewers focus on the showroom visit and the finish work. Lori said Yurii answered every product question at the showroom, measured the next day and sent a quote she found easy to accept. Ken said Pavlo explained choices and helped match a colour tone, and Trish described Pavlo and his team as professional and efficient. Karen praised wholesale pricing, custom stair nosing and door transitions, and said the crew cleaned up well. Trisha had Brazilian cherry hardwood supplied and installed through the company.

Points to weigh: the Google profile counts 97 reviews, fewer than the biggest showrooms here, the site does not name warranty terms, and no licence or staff profile is published. Saturday hours are shorter, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Sunday is closed. The company holds 4.9 from 97 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026.

Before booking, ask for a written quote that itemizes stair work, transitions and removal, ask what subfloor prep is included, and confirm the warranty in writing. It suits homeowners who want one stop for stairs and floors. It suits people hunting for a single specialty species less well.
