    We recently had LCF Flooring install SVP in 2.5 bathrooms, 2 staircases and 2 floors for roughly 1500 square feet in our townhome. From start to finish they were on time, friendly and very efficient, don’t walk, run to these guys if you are looking to transform your home.

    I would never hire this company again due to a complete lack of professionalism , zero proactive communication , and utter laziness . One of the owners - Dillon, is consistently rude, condescending, dismissive, and just generally unprofessional . I encourage you to read the low star reviews because this is a consistent story and experience . Unfortunately seemingly because he is a bully his partner and employees don’t stand up to him and when clients question or criticize he snaps . We inherited the company with a house that we purchased because the floors weren’t installed properly or the product was defective . We received a credit for the defective floors and spent an additional 15000 dollars to have hardwood installed . On any given day had no idea whether anyone was coming or not coming during the install time . If I called , there office person would tell me but if I don’t I had no idea . Some days 9 am , some days 2 pm , some days not at all. We had five different installers in our home who were all professional but who also weren’t able to communicate what was happening , when, and why. - ,the bin sat on our driveway for three days after the job was completed and the truck tore a chunk out of our driveway with it in the way out , , they left 9 boxes of flooring in my living room weighing several hundred pounds that I had to carry to my basement by myself - I’m a 60 year old women. They didn’t finish the baseboards (also noted a a number of other shitty reviews ) so I had to hire a handyman to do it after they left on the day my movers were coming , and then when asked if they could to complete some additional stairs as another job they advised they would only do so only if I brought the wood boards to them because the other owners car was to small to transport them after leaving them in my garage am advising that someone would pick them up. On the first day , Dillan accused me of ordering more product than we needed to do a floor in our house that we hadn’t agreed to and when I suggested I review the plan with him because he was wrong , he escalated quickly like how far it question him and yelled at me to stop talking to him. I suggested he might apologize after he realizes his error and he indicated he wouldn't. The other owner Edward observed this interaction and did nothing . They then proceeded to measure the house and realized he was in fact wrong yet neither offered an apology for his aggressive behaviour and they left. At the end of the day our floors our beautiful and I hope that we don’t have any issues because it would be horrible if we had to deal with them again. The carpet they installed in the house a couple years earlier is also crap and we will have to replace it because it’s “ no longer under their warranty “ but they refused to say when it was installed . I honestly can’t believe anyone has had a good experience with this company but I would definitely say if you’re a woman you don’t want to work with this company . I have renovated about sixteen homes and probably worked with 100 or more companies in doing so . I have never met anyone as unprofessional as this guy . It honestly just blew my mind I couldn’t even believe it was happening. .i will now go hire another company to do my stairs and rip out and replace the crap carpet that is less than two years old . BEWARE LCF flooring . I have seen that Dillan responds to poor reviews with some polite and professional alter ego that tries to make it sound like he is someone he isn’t and rest assured (per other reviews as well) when he decides he’s done taking to you , he will say the contract has been completed and they are done with you.
