Editorial Review
Our Take on OC Flooring Orleans
The largest review pool here at a strong 4.7, with deep carpet experience. Good for east-end family homes; ask for references on hardwood or tile specifically. A pool of 171 reviews means a few bad days would show, and the score has held. Ask which branch will measure your rooms, and whether the installers named in reviews are the ones who will arrive at your door.

Company Background
About OC Flooring Orleans
OC Flooring Orleans is the east-end showroom of a family-owned company formed from Orleans Carpet and Eagleson Flooring. The website says the business has been in Ottawa since 1987, and it keeps a second location in Kanata. This profile covers the Orléans store at 1449 Youville Drive.
The range covers hardwood, tile, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and carpet, and the company installs what it sells. Its roots in Orleans Carpet show in the reviews, many of which describe carpet jobs.
OC Flooring holds 4.7 stars from 171 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026. That is the biggest review pool on this list, so the score is hard to fluke. Customers name Troy in sales, Terry and Mike, and installers Jacques and Robert. The honest caveat is the mix: a large share of the reviews describe carpet jobs, so there is less public feedback on hardwood or tile work from this branch.
Hours are Monday to Friday 10 to 5 and Saturday 10 to 3. The store is closed Sunday. Phone (613) 837-9373.
OC Flooring suits families in Orléans, Gloucester and Kanata who want a local showroom, carpet for bedrooms and stairs, or one company for a few rooms at once. It suits less well a buyer who needs a specialist tile setter or wants reclaimed hardwood. Before booking, ask which branch will measure and quote, whether the installers are employees or subcontractors, how stairs and transitions are priced, what the subfloor check involves, and what the installation warranty says in writing.
