- Nathan Yee5.0Great service and very prompt service. The company reception immediately answered my call and swiftly set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. I would like to personally commend and reccomend the technician, Noah F. Extremely professional, patient and reassuring of my plumbing predicament. Very open and honest about prices and the services to be provided. Definitely recommend The Gentlemen Pros for any issues and will definitely call them back for any future issues or projects I would like to have addressed. *UPDATE 2026-01-30* Had Theo and Chris dispatched to address my furnace issue. Wonderful and professional service. Amazing work. When the time comes and if possible, I would like these 2 to come again and perform the installation of a new furnace in the future. *UPDATE 2026-09-14* Needed a new furnace installed due to issues with my current one. Andre and Theo provided their expertise as to how to amend my problem and what were my options. Theo, Andre, Jordan and a 4th (apologies I never got your name) arrived on the scheduled date and within the time range and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. The service is still just as good as my prior calls with Gentlemen Pros. Still recommend this company for any of your needs and if there is a service they cannot provide, they are willing to help connect you with one.September 2026Google

About The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical
The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical sits at the top of Google's Calgary plumbing results with 4,845 reviews at a 4.9 average, read September 24, 2026. The company says it has served Alberta homes since 2001, and its Calgary shop sits at 5355 8 Street NE in the Skyline West industrial area. Older Google photos still show trucks and a building painted under its earlier name, The Gentlemen Plumbers.
Plumbing is still the core. Crews handle repairs and installations, drains and sewer lines, water heaters, gas lines and appliances, sump pumps and drainage. Over the years the company added heating and cooling, including furnace repair, air conditioning, heat pumps and HVAC maintenance, and a full electrical division that does panels, wiring, lighting, EV charging and smart home installs. The website lists branches beyond Calgary, including Edmonton and Red Deer, and a local service area that takes in Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore and High River.
Google lists the shop as open 24 hours every day. The site advertises emergency and repair service but does not publish licence numbers, warranty terms or financing details, so those are questions to ask on the phone.
Reviews point to crews that handle several jobs in one visit. One homeowner called about a smart doorbell and thermostat in a 1979 house, and Julian J. ended up finding and fixing a broken grounding line and other safety problems. Riley and Renee stayed from 1:30 in the afternoon until 11 at night to finish a list of jobs properly. Carter and Jeremy fixed a tap problem at a price the customer called reasonable, and Andre installed a hot water tank and water treatment system and walked the owner through it.
The Gentlemen Pros suits a Calgary homeowner who wants one company that can take a plumbing call, a furnace problem and an electrical fix without juggling contractors. It suits less well someone who wants a small, plumbing-only shop where the owner does the work. Before booking, ask for the plumber's Alberta journeyperson certificate or Red Seal, confirm who pulls the City of Calgary permit for gas or water heater work, and get the warranty terms in writing.
