    Last year my wife and I purchased a house that had a new roof; Cowboys Roofing had done the replacement. About 6-8 months after we took possession, we notice a leak had developed. I called and spoke to Tom, the owner, and he promptly had a service technician come by to address the problem. In his words, it didn't matter that we were not the original customer, He stands behind his work no matter the situation. Unfortunately, the repair did solve the issue in the long run and during the heavy rain this past summer, the leak reappeared and got worse. I again called Tom and he immediately sent over a Sr. project manager to inspect the situation. "G", the project manager was extremely professional and inspected the attic and roof. He determined that the flashing around the chimney was the issue. Instead of trying to patch the area, he undertook the full replacement job immediately. He went and got the necessary supplies, returned to the roof, and spent the next four hours completely redoing the job to the highest of standards. Needless to say, I was happy with the service and support that Tom and his team provided. And that was the end of the story, or so I thought! The next day a painter arrived to completely fix the ceiling staining and the leak damage...We can not even tell there was a leak at one time! Tom, and the Cowboy's Roofing team were amazing...and remember, I was not even the original customer! Talk about standing behind your work to ensure the job is done right. 5 star after sales service and support. I highly recommend Cowboy's Roofing!

    Very good experience from start to finish. I had both the roof on my house and garage replaced and they look great. The team was very punctual and efficient. The job was completed in a single day and they made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend to others
