    This is a follow-up to a review I posted after Dominion did a full strip and reshingling on my house 2.5 years ago. In January, an issue was identified that required some urgent remediation. Dominion took full ownership of the issue and within 2 weeks (remember this is bitter January cold), the issue was resolved. I write this follow-up to underscore the superior customer support provided by Dominion. Mistakes happen but along with the quality of the delivered work, the support over the lifetime of the item is how I measure a vendor and in this regard, Dominion gets full marks. 2026 Update: the recent September storm tore off a 10' strip of the roof cap shingles. Dominion came to inspect the damage and a week later the damage has been repaired and they touched up some vent caulking while they up on the roof. All good.
