- Sarah Melanson5.0If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a furnace, hot water tank, and central air installed over the past two days. The team that came to our house - Jordan and Junior were beyond exceptional. They worked in a timely manner, updated us on their progress consistently, were polite, respectful, and left the basement much cleaner than when they arrived. These guys rock!!! Also, very impressed with Enercare overall, the options they provided us, and in depth discussion that our sales rep Shawn had with us prior to our purchase. Thank you so much McKinley and Enercare for giving us a worry free winter and many more to come :)September 2026Google

About Enercare McKinley
Enercare McKinley traces its Edmonton roots to 1968, giving it close to six decades of local tenure, and it now operates under the national Enercare Service Experts umbrella from a location on 156 Street in west Edmonton.
The HVAC list covers furnace installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement, heat pump installation, maintenance, and repair, air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement, air duct cleaning, ductwork and insulation, commercial HVAC, and alternative energy services. Beyond HVAC, the company runs plumbing for water and sewer lines, electrical work including rewiring and lighting, water heater installation and repair, and water treatment systems such as softeners and reverse osmosis.
The company promotes HVAC and water heater leasing programs as an alternative to a straight purchase, and states a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" for a year on completed work, though free diagnostic checks are offered in place of a stated free-estimate policy. Its service area reaches Edmonton along with Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, and a long list of surrounding Parkland County communities.
No specific Alberta licence number is published, no individual technicians are named, and the company's contact email is hidden behind spam protection rather than listed directly, though a general phone line is available. Social presence includes Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube under both McKinley and the parent Service Experts brand. Enercare McKinley suits homeowners drawn to a long-tenured, nationally backed company with lease-to-own equipment options. It suits less well someone who wants a smaller, more personal operation with a directly published email. Ask for the technician's specific Alberta mechanical or gasfitter certification and confirm current lease terms before signing.
