    Awful company and the bar is already low for roofing contractors. In the few minutes I watched them work on the neighbour's property I witnessed: 1. Clogging downspouts with roofing garbage (bits of shingles, nails, and sand). They tapped the sand out but they're probably all still clogged indefinitely with shingle scraps. 2. Leaving underground drain pipes fully clogged with roofing garbage after leaving the project. They now need to be cleaned with a shop vac or they'll be plugged forever. 3. Windows and walls need to be cleaned because roofers splattered gutter slop and roofing garbage (shingle bits, nails, etc.) all over the customer and neighbouring property with a leaf blower. Completely unacceptable and totally unnecessary. "we'll run a magnet" isn't going to clean my windows or the non-magnetic mess. 4. Installing shingles directly over wood sheathing without underlay as specified by the manufacturer. 5. Using trees as temporary dumpsters and allowing garbage to blow all over the neighbourhood. 6. The only unsurprising thing was the total lack of fall arrest. Epic Roofing is the company to hire if you want to irritate your neighbours and has demonstrated red flags in every technical and professional aspect of the work they do. I called the office and concerns were communicated but nothing was really addressed. Even after 4 calls and over a week later they still hadn't cleaned out the drain pipes by the time it rained.

    Epic did an excellent job installing new soffit, fascia, and gutters on my property. They completed the work in just a day and a half. Working with them was easy, and the work looks fantastic. I’d definitely use them again for any future projects.

    Cannot thank these guys enough. The Builder of my home did about as poor a job as you could possible ask for on my roof/shingles. Craig - Jared - Myles - Have consistently gone above any beyond to help make this frustration easier. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and go above and beyond to even fix additional issues identified while doing the initial repair. If anyone needs roofing help, give these guys a call! Best in the City and it’s not even close.
