Really happy with the garden suite Newfore built for us. The space turned out better than we expected, and the layout is both comfortable and practical. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the project. Would definitely recommend their work.

We’re so happy with how our bathroom turned out! We had Newfore handle the renovation, and honestly, it feels great to see the finished space. A bathroom is something you use every day, so you really notice the difference when it gets a proper update. We’re pleased with the way everything came together and glad we trusted Newfore with the project. It was definitely worth making the investment. Thanks to the team for the great work. I’d happily recommend Newfore to anyone planning a bathroom renovation.

Really happy with how our bathroom renovation turned out with Newfore. The team did a great job with the tile work and finishing, and everything came together nicely. They clearly know what they’re doing and paid attention to the small details that make a bathroom look good. Whenever we had questions, the team was helpful and easy to talk to. Renovations can be a bit stressful, but the experience was much smoother than we expected. Appreciate all the hard work from the Newfore team. Would definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with Newfore during our home renovation in Stoney Creek. Kevin was our project manager, and he was really good to work with. He kept us in the loop, answered our questions, and was easy to reach whenever we needed to discuss something. There are always a lot of little details to deal with during a renovation, and we appreciated having someone who was willing to listen and help us work through things. The whole team put in a lot of effort, and we’re happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to Kevin and the Newfore team for making the process easier for us. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone planning a home renovation in the area.

Before starting our addition, our biggest dread was living through months of chaos and ending up with an extension that felt bolted onto the back of the house. Newfore completely proved us wrong, largely because of Kevin, who ran our project on-site.

From day one, Kevin’s coordination kept the job grounded. Framing inspections passed without delays, dust barriers were sealed tight so our living area stayed clean, and whenever a plumbing or structural tie-in needed an on-the-fly adjustment, he solved it immediately without inflating our budget or stalling the schedule.

The craftsmanship speaks for itself. The roofline tie-in is so seamless you genuinely can’t tell where the original house stops and the addition starts. Opening up the back to connect into the yard completely changed how the space flows, and the hardwood feathering across the room transitions is immaculate. Kevin treated our home with the kind of care you’d expect from someone working on their own place.

If you’re investing in an addition and want a dependable crew backed by an exceptional project manager, call Newfore and ask for Kevin.

Company Background

About Newfore Inc.

Newfore Inc. is based in a commercial unit at 435 McNeilly Road in Stoney Creek, now part of the City of Hamilton. The company is led by president Seif El-Sahly, who has appeared on construction and real estate podcasts discussing Hamilton renovations, garden suites and garage dwellings. The website states more than 10 years in business, more than 250 completed projects and $5 million in insurance coverage.

Its service list is broad: home renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, garden suites, load-bearing wall removal and commercial renovations. Newfore says it gives guarantees on time, cost, quality and design, and its site has a financing page for homeowners who want to spread payments. The company describes itself as a Home Depot Service Provider and Baeumler Approved contractor, and it lists a WeHBA Award of Distinction from April 2026. It also says it is backed by Tarion, RenoMark and the Canadian Home Builders' Association, though Tarion warranty applies to new homes, not to most renovations.

The site names a management team that includes a project manager, a superintendent, a design lead and an estimator, which gives homeowners a clear picture of who they will meet. Google shows 4.9 stars from 101 reviews, read October 30, 2026; the site quotes 112 reviews, so Google's count is used here. Photos show a modern kitchen with a dark island, a tiled shower and a laundry closet.

Points to weigh: Newfore serves an area from Hamilton to Toronto and St. Catharines, so ask which crew and project manager will cover your address. The site prints a licence number without naming the issuing authority, so ask what it refers to. The second Google profile at 21 King Street West is a shared office and is not used here.

Newfore suits homeowners planning a basement suite, garden suite or full renovation who want financing options and a visible management team. It suits less well anyone who wants a small-scale handyman visit.

Before booking, request a written, itemized quote, the insurance certificate, WSIB clearance, the building permit plan and what the time and cost guarantees say in writing. Ontario has no general provincial licence for renovation contractors, so documents are your check.

Yes, its website has a financing page. The service area listed runs across the GTHA, with Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Oakville, Toronto and St. Catharines named. Because the area is broad, ask which crew and project manager would cover your Hamilton address and when work could start.

Hamilton. Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. Confirm your address before scheduling, particularly at the edge of a service area.

  • Does Newfore Inc. offer emergency service?

Emergency availability is not listed for this company. If you need an urgent call-out, check the ranking for companies that do list it.

  • What warranty do they offer?

Warranty terms are not on file. Ask for them in writing before work starts.

  • How was this profile built?

Credentials come from issuing authorities, ratings from the company's Google Business Profile with the date we read them, and the editorial take from our own review of estimates, warranty documents and public feedback. Anything the business told us is labelled as reported.

  • Can a business pay to improve its profile?

A business can subscribe to manage its own listing details, and it can buy a labelled sponsored placement. Neither changes a ranking position or the editorial assessment on this page.
