Will was our site manager and was always there to answer our questions and ensure the work was done correctly.     I hired Team Shane for a whole-home renovation. I interviewed three contractors and after meeting Shane, I felt confident that they would be at the top of my list. Two years later, I’m still very happy with that decision.<br>Their design team of Caell and Anthony quickly and clearly understood my vision and integrated that into their recommendations. They also suggested things I hadn’t considered, which improved the final design. We moved through the design and planning stages with very little back-and-forth.<br>Vanessa, the selections coordinator, was equally helpful. She kept me on track with decisions around cabinets, countertops and other finishes, while providing some great recommendations along the way.<br>Once construction began, I worked closely with Will, my project manager. He is one of the most unflappable people I have ever met. Nothing fazed him! Whenever there was a hiccup (which will happen on a project of this scope) he stayed calm and addressed it quickly. I was really impressed!<br>The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Whether completed by Team Shane employees (including Mitch, Zac, Lex and Mack) or by subcontractors, there was a clear sense of pride in the work that they did.<br>This was the biggest investment I’ve made in the biggest asset I own, so choosing the right contractor was important. I have no regrets about selecting Team Shane; they met or exceeded my expectations and I continue to enjoy my newly renovated home every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a major renovation.

All their staff and subtrades were very knowledgeable, had excellent workmanship and were a pleasure to work with.<br>The project involved a complete exterior refresh of our home, changes in our roof line and the addition of a new front porch. This has given our home an exciting fresh new look. The look is exactly what I wanted!!!<br>Team Shane’s, level of client service, expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness, were greatly appreciated throughout the project.<br>A few shout outs to specific people that were especially noteworthy:<br>• Amy at reception for her friendly greetings in person and virtually as well as answering our many questions;<br>• Vanessa in assisting us with multitude of selections whether at Shane’s showroom, suppliers or our home and:<br>• Will as well as his construction crew for their high quality work, friendliness and daily site cleanup.

    We were pleased with all the work they did with a small extension beyond the existing kitchen. The kitchen was fully renovated plus the adjoining ceiling of the family room next to it. Some unknown issues came up, but Shane was very good at coordinating the fix. The crew was friendly and the job still finished on time.
