    I'm writing this in hopes no one goes through what I have been put through by Melvin Sterling. It has been pure stress, lies and he does not know enough to be trusted. Melvin put my family and business through the absolute worst. I would recommend you go with someone else. I would never want anyone to go through what we have. I would not recommend Melvin to be your General Contractor.<br><br>Melvin does not take accountability...He will make it fall on you or others.<br><br>He failed to meet 3 extended timelines with no reasonable explanation.<br><br>His work did not meet city code, my business was delayed for months and still is not open.<br><br>Once the City started calling his work, he started to change his story and claimed he wasn't doing the daycare project as a GC.<br><br>He charged 6 figures for minimal work, that he never finished and still charged me full price. He asked for 50% down and kept adding quite a few charges claiming " out of scope" costs.<br><br>The full story with more information to come with pictures and documentation.<br><br>This company also works with Elegant Flooring Design & Interior and gave very invalid information in regards to flooring to sell their particular product.

    Excellent and efficient work.<br>Take it as your renovation and home make over fairy godmother! 😉<br><br>Sterling Pro Construction & Development Ltd. made my wish come true - a new, brighter, and modern kitchen & washroom.<br><br>I literally had no idea where to start, but he helped me in every step of the way; from choosing the right cabinet & countertop colors, durable flooring materials, even to the smallest details like floor transition and tile grout! He generously shared his expertise, and guided me all throughout the process.<br><br>My renovation didn't feel like a big chore at all. Our process was smooth, easy, and organized. The work areas were kept really clean and orderly. I didn't have to worry about me & my kids accidentally stepping on a screw or anything. We finished well within our time line and expected budget.<br><br>I am grateful for the help of Sterling Pro, and I am definitely hiring them again in my next renovation, in my new home.
