Sometimes things just go wrong, it happens even to the best companies, but what defines them is how they react when these things happen. Sean bent over backwards to get our project completed despite the unforseen delays. He kept us informed and ensured the all our concerns were dealt with and the work completed to our exacting expectations.
Without hesitation I would recommend you speak with Sean at Titan when looking to replace your flooring.
Thanks.

As a national award-winning builder, we pride ourselves on working with the best of the best in our industry. Ashley is our project manager there, and this woman never ceases to amaze me. She is always quick to send us pricing after shopping with clients; she is super organized, and we always get the best installers. We would highly recommend Titan Flooring.

Thank you for all Sean's help. What started out as an insurance claim, continued into further carpet replacement. Everything looks so good. The installers for the insurance claim were amazing. Oleg came out by himself to complete the bedroom replacement. He does an extraordinary job. Thank you cannot say enough.

We received excellent customer service thru out the complete process. We had assistance picking out the best flooring for different areas of our church to suit our budget and to planning the installation date to work around our schedule. The installers were great and installed carpet and luxury vinyl plank and finished the job ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend.

Excellent service from top to bottom. In particular, the installer, Arsen, and his guys were excellent.. What I appreciated the most, other than their very friendly manner, was their attention to detail. Arsen problem solved a couple of challenges in our basement, which was a far better solution than what was originally envisioned. Thank you again, and I highly recommend Titan and having Arsen do the LVP installation.

Company Background

About Titan Flooring

Titan Flooring has been part of Edmonton's flooring trade since 1996. According to its website, Terry Moritz started it in a small upstairs showroom and his father, Peter, later joined; it grew from 1,000 square feet to a 20,000 square foot showroom before a fire in 2024 destroyed the store. The company reopened in a new location at 17305 111 Avenue NW in 2025 and is now led by Terry with partners Mark Lutz and Devin Cartwright.

The product range covers carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, luxury vinyl and area rugs, with featured brands including Shaw, Anderson Tuftex, COREtec, Pet Perfect and Philadelphia Commercial, and the site lists installation, financing, a free estimate form and a room visualizer. Reviewers show the range of jobs. A church had carpet and luxury vinyl plank installed in several areas around its schedule. Travis got tile, carpet and an ensuite shower redone and said the pricing beat two other quotes. Sherri bought a condo that needed work and credited a salesperson named Elwood. Marinda had condo repair work finished on schedule, and Andre said the install was transparent about timing.

Points to weigh: Andre booked three months out, so busy seasons mean waiting. The phone number on the website, 780-900-7707, differs from the number Google lists, 780-489-8929, so confirm which line is current. Hours are weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Sundays by appointment on the website. The company holds 4.8 from 152 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026.

Before booking, ask about the install schedule, get a written quote that lists product, underlay, removal and transitions, and ask for the installation warranty in writing. It suits condos, churches and multi-unit properties. It suits owners needing a job done within days less well.
