Editorial Review
Our Take on AAA Roofmasters
AAA Roofmasters pairs a 1989 start date and an all-employee crew with a long list of manufacturer certifications, and Google reviewers describe quick, honest repair visits. The 2 year flat roof workmanship warranty is shorter than the 5 years offered on sloped roofs, so read the paperwork closely before signing.

Company Background
About AAA Roofmasters
AAA Roofmasters is an Etobicoke roofing contractor based at 437 Attwell Drive, and it says it has worked across the Greater Toronto Area since 1989. The company reports about 25 employed team members and states it does not use subcontracted labour on standard residential and commercial roofing projects. For Toronto homeowners that matters when a crew shows up at the door, because the people on the roof are the ones the company trained.
Its work covers sloped roofs, flat roofs, metal roofing, repairs, replacements and inspections for homes, condo corporations and property managers. It also does eavestroughs, siding, skylights and attic insulation, and it lists an emergency line for leaks, ice dam damage, animal damage and fallen limbs. The company lists service areas from Etobicoke and North York out to Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and Hamilton.
On credentials, the website says AAA Roofmasters is a GAF Certified Weather Stopper contractor, a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster and Master Shingle Applicator, an IKO ShieldPRO Plus+ and ROOFPRO contractor, and a certified installer for BP, VELUX and Duradek. It also says it is WSIB compliant and BBB accredited with an A+ rating. These are the company's own statements and should be confirmed. Ontario has no provincial roofing licence, so ask for proof of insurance and check WSIB clearance with the board.
The company shows 4.5 from 93 Google reviews, read October 16, 2026. Reviewers praise fast response. One homeowner called on a rainy morning about raccoon damage and said a crew arrived by 1 pm and finished by 4 pm. Another, Paulo, says Jason and his team inspected a leaking flat roof drain and offered an economical fix after other contractors pushed a full replacement. Shayla singled out Roy for communication and punctuality. A 4.5 average means not every customer was fully satisfied, and the written reviews we read were all five star, so ask for recent references.
Workmanship warranties are 5 years on shingle and metal roofs and 2 years on flat roofs and aluminum work, backed by manufacturer warranties that vary by product. Financing is offered through a partner, and estimates are free.
AAA Roofmasters suits homeowners and property managers who want an established, employee-based crew with manufacturer-backed warranty options and emergency access. It suits less well anyone shopping only on the lowest price, since the company says it does not aim to be the cheapest. Before booking, ask for the written scope, the manufacturer warranty registration, a current WSIB clearance certificate and proof of insurance.

AAA Roofmasters FAQs
Is AAA Roofmasters licensed and insured in Toronto?
Ontario has no provincial roofing licence, so AAA Roofmasters is not licensed by the province, but the company says it is WSIB compliant, insured and BBB accredited with an A+ rating. These are the company's own statements. Ontarians can check a contractor's WSIB clearance with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and should ask for a current clearance certificate and proof of insurance before work starts. The company also lists certified installer status with GAF, IKO, BP and CertainTeed, which you can confirm on each manufacturer's contractor locator.
What are AAA Roofmasters' hours and do they do emergency roof repairs?
The office is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm and closed on weekends, and the company advertises 24/7 emergency roof repair across the Greater Toronto Area. Its emergency service covers active leaks, ice dam and storm damage, animal damage and fallen branches. One Google reviewer said a crew arrived by 1 pm on a rainy day after a morning call about raccoon damage and finished the repair by 4 pm. Call (905) 949-1553 to reach the line, and expect to confirm the arrival time on the phone.
What warranty does AAA Roofmasters offer on a new roof?
AAA Roofmasters states a 5-year workmanship warranty on shingle and metal roofs and a 2-year workmanship warranty on flat roofs and aluminum work, in addition to manufacturer warranties that vary by product. The company says it registers manufacturer warranties on the homeowner's behalf and that enhanced GAF, IKO, BP and CertainTeed programs are available on qualifying installations. It also lists financing through a partner and free estimates. Get the warranty terms in writing, including what the 2-year flat roof coverage excludes.
Is AAA Roofmasters licensed and insured?
We checked 0 of 6 credentials against the issuing authority. Verified items carry the date we checked; reported items are what the business told us and we could not independently confirm.
What areas does AAA Roofmasters serve?
Toronto. Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. Confirm your address before scheduling, particularly at the edge of a service area.
Does AAA Roofmasters offer emergency service?
Yes, the company lists emergency availability. Response time depends on demand, and after a storm every company in the market is stretched.
What warranty do they offer?
5-year workmanship warranty on shingle and metal roofs, 2 years on flat roofs and aluminum work, plus manufacturer warranties that vary by product. There are usually two warranties on a job: the manufacturer covers materials, the contractor covers workmanship. Get both in writing and check whether the workmanship coverage transfers if you sell.
