- DBS5.0My AC unit stopped working the other day…the temperature outside was 92 F…inside was 85 F!!! Needless to say, I felt like a turkey cookin’ in an oven! Anderson has always been available to call and happy to help me up until midnight if needed. Bobby came to my rescue, arrived at 8 pm and got my AC up and running immediately! The issue was the capacitor was empty and needed replacing. The late nite service call could have been avoided if I had of had the yearly maintenance done on the unit - doh!! Lesson learned!! I’ve been a loyal customer to Anderson for almost a decade because the company and team members have been loyal, dependable and always do a great job for me! How many people can say that they know their HVAC technician AND know them by name when they arrive?! I can!!
