I’m pleased with the final outcome of replacing eavesdropping and installing gutter guards. Trevor and Brad were very pleasant to deal with, even taking care of branches that could obscure the drainage or damage the eavestrough. And having a final check by Jayson was appreciated, still waiting for the pics and video of the project. It did take almost 8 weeks from estimate to install, but I’m guessing that was because of our exceptionally wet year.

My skylight was leaking and I called Jayson Roofing to repair it since they had replaced my shingles in 2016. They helped me out on the price and Lenord did a fantastic job of re-flashing it. Appreciate it guys. Had to have my chimney reflashed too because o0f a leak. Ray and his helper did a good job repairing it, now let's hope it doesn't leak with the next rain.

Company Background

About Jayson Global Roofing Inc.

Jayson Global Roofing Inc. runs from a single office on 62 Avenue in southeast Edmonton, yet its website lists 15 other communities it serves, from Stony Plain, Devon and Onoway to Sherwood Park, St. Albert and Calgary. Edmonton is the home base rather than a satellite branch. The company began in the late 1980s as 4 Jay Roofing Systems, became Jayson Roofing when Jonathan took sole ownership in 1995, and merged with the Edmonton contractor Global Roof Systems in 2011. It advertises more than 35 years in business.

The work centres on asphalt shingle replacement and repair, metal roofing, storm damage repair and emergency repairs, plus multi-family roofing, siding, gutters, insulation and help with insurance claims. Its credentials include a HAAG Certified Inspector certificate (HCI#201406231), IKO Roofpro Craftsman Premier status, Malarkey Certified Residential Contractor status, a BBB A+ accreditation and memberships in the Edmonton Construction Association and the Edmonton Region Home Builders' Association. The site says the company is fully bonded and carries a $5,000,000 liability policy. Warranty terms stated are lifetime product warranties and a 10 year workmanship warranty.

Reviews describe the process. Jayson Global Roofing Inc. earns 4.7 from 457 Google reviews, read October 12, 2026. Homeowners name John, an estimator who was the only one of four to climb onto one reviewer's roof, Chance, who leads an install crew and kept clients updated, Andrew, an inspector who returned after a job to check the work, and Joy in the office. One reviewer waited from an early May sign-off to an early July start and blamed the weather, so expect a queue in busy months. Given Edmonton hail, heavy snow load and freeze-thaw cycles, the storm repair and metal roofing lines are worth asking about.

It suits homeowners and property managers who want an inspected, documented shingle replacement from a long-running Edmonton firm. It suits less well anyone needing weekend appointments, since the office is open Monday to Friday, 8 to 4:30. Before booking, ask for the warranty in writing, the company's Alberta WCB clearance letter and proof of liability insurance, and check the City of Edmonton business licence. Alberta has no provincial roofing trade licence.
