Company Background
About Oiler's Roofing & Exteriors
Southwest Edmonton keeps adding streets and rooftops around Ellerslie and Windermere, and Oiler's Roofing & Exteriors works from 4070 Kinsella Way SW, right at the edge of that growth. The company covers roof replacement and installation, roof repair and maintenance, roof inspections, siding, exterior renovations and attic ventilation. Its website names asphalt shingles, metal roofing and flat roofing systems, and says it works with Alberta's weather and storm damage in mind, including help with insurance claims.
Speed is what reviewers mention most. Justyn called for an emergency repair and said the crew came right away, and kiran wrote that a leak during heavy rain got a quick response and a temporary fix before the full replacement. Google lists the business as open 24 hours, and the site promotes 24/7 emergency service. Munish is named in two reviews. One customer said he took care of registering the manufacturer's warranty and sent the invoice and warranty paperwork that evening. Another reviewer described a crew that offered an early Friday 7:30 AM start after another job moved, finished the same day and left the property clean.
On credentials, the site says Oiler's is a Malarkey Certified Roofer, a member of the Alberta Allied Roofing Association and the Better Business Bureau, and a Best of HomeStars winner for eight years, 2014 to 2021. It does not state a founding year, a licence number or the names of its owners. One reviewer noted that the quote did not include GST, though the company offered to waive it for a booking that week. The Google rating is 4.9 from 517 Google reviews, read October 12, 2026.
This company suits homeowners in southwest Edmonton who want several quotes fast, need an emergency repair, or are replacing a roof and want the manufacturer's warranty registered for them. It suits people who want to meet a named owner or read a detailed licence history less well, since the site offers little of that. Before booking, ask for the warranty terms in writing, confirm whether GST is included in the quote, request Oiler's Alberta WCB clearance letter and proof of liability insurance, and check the City of Edmonton business licence. Alberta has no provincial roofing trade licence, so those documents matter.
