Lawrence and his crew did an exceptional job. Weather challenges this summer made their job beyond difficult. Throughout our interactions, everyone was professional, friendly, kind and so accommodating. The work site was spotless at the end of the job. I highly recommend their workmanship and customer service.

As a contractor I rely heavily on any subtrades that I hire. No Water is by far the most reliable and easy to work with roofing contractor that I have dealt with in over 15 years. Their team of highly skilled tradesmen are able to complete the jobs in an efficient manner and are always willing to comeback if there is issues. Thanks for the great work!

Just had No Water Roofing replace my roof and I'm so happy with how it went! These guys were super professional the whole time, and honestly what impressed me most was how clean they kept everything, every day they'd wrap up and leave the site totally tidy, no mess left behind at all. We discovered our two balconies were leaking during a stormy season, with water making its way into the main floor while we were in the middle of renovations. We urgently needed a reliable solution, and Mel and his team at No Water Roofing were incredible from start to finish. They came out right away, recommended the right solution for our situation, provided a competitive quote, and completed the work quickly and professionally. We’re extremely happy with the high-quality workmanship and friendly service. The best part is their guarantee against leaks, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. Worth every penny! Highly recommended. Thank you, Mel and the No Water Roofing team!

Company Background

About No Water Roofing

No Water Roofing treats leak repair as its specialty, and its slogan, "No Water. No Leaks. Guaranteed.", is a promise about stopping water rather than selling a new roof. The Edmonton contractor has worked from 13171 159 St NW in the Mistatim Industrial area since 2016, handling flat, low-slope and sloped roofs for homes and commercial buildings. Its repair page describes finding the failure point first, whether that is flashing, membrane stress or cracked material, and sealing a roof the same day when damage lets water in. That matters in Edmonton, where snow load sits on roofs for months, ice builds at edges and valleys, and freeze-thaw cycles keep stretching and shrinking materials.

Reviews support the repair focus. One homeowner with a leak and condensation problem on a brand-new home says Mali and Lawrence reassured them instead of pushing a full replacement. Another credits Lawrence with explaining an attic rain issue and quoting with no hidden costs. A third, with two leaking balconies, praises Mel and his team and the guarantee against leaks. The company says it holds a Certificate of Recognition (COR) and follows ARCA and OH&S standards, and its site shows Soprema, Carlisle, IKO and Owens Corning logos. Jobs come with photo documentation and a digital report. Beyond repair it installs torch-on, BUR, cold process and single-ply flat roofs, asphalt, synthetic and wood shingles, metal roofing and below-grade waterproofing. The rating is 4.9 from 138 Google reviews, read October 12, 2026.

One fair concern: office hours run Monday to Friday, 7 to 4, with no weekend hours listed, and the website does not publish written warranty terms or a licence number. Much of its listed project work is commercial and institutional.

It suits homeowners and property managers with an active leak, a flat roof other contractors turned down, or a roof they want checked before paying for a replacement. It suits less well anyone who needs weekend booking. Before you book, ask for the leak guarantee in writing, the company's Alberta WCB clearance letter and proof of liability insurance, and check its City of Edmonton business licence. Alberta has no provincial roofing trade licence, so those documents are the best proof of a legitimate operator.
