To install two sinks Never knew when I saw the quote home much they would be making on this job. If I would have went with a local place would have been half the cost. As many people are aware - Bath Fitter is expensive, well Mr Rooter quoted $2,000 more than Bath Fitter. The second time was this past Thursday. I needed a plumber to come out and fix my bathroom sink. They told me no problem, does tomorrow work? Friday afternoon from 2-4. Excellent. Friday morning comes and they have to reschedule because a family emergency has taken the plumber out of the city. They reschedule for Sunday. All good, things happen I understand, no worries. What angers me to no end is that I have been waiting around all day today (Sunday) for this plumber. No call from Mr Rooter, nothing. So I call in to Mr Rooter. They have to get in contact with the plumber and will call me right back. Thirty minutes later I get a call explaining to me that the plumber ISN'T EVEN BACK IN THE CITY YET and can they reschedule tomorrow? No, absolutely not. I am done with Mr. Rooter. I should not have had to call in to find out that your plumber didn't even report to work today. That's something you should have called me about far earlier in the day to try and reschedule and retain my business. Never again.September 2026Google
