Editorial Review
Our Take on Rescue Air and Plumbing
A 4.8 average held across more than four thousand reviews is the standout number here, and the Lennox Centurion Award is a manufacturer recognition tied to performance rather than a badge anyone can buy. Publishing both the HVAC and plumbing license numbers on the site is a small thing that a surprising number of Dallas competitors skip.

About Rescue Air and Plumbing
Rescue Air and Plumbing has served the Dallas area for more than 12 years from its base at 9639 Greenville Avenue, and it carries a 4.8 rating from 4,051 Google reviews, read September 22, 2026. That is the biggest review base in this ranking, and the rating has held at 4.8 across all of it, which is harder to do at four thousand reviews than at four hundred.
The company was founded by Michael Hirsh and Josh Campbell, an uncle and nephew who each brought around 20 years of HVAC and management experience, and it later merged with Texas Green Plumbing, founded in 2015 by master plumber Roger Wakefield. The combined business publishes both its Texas HVAC license, TACLB00056156E, and its plumbing license, 45216, on its own site, so a homeowner can check either with the state before calling.
On the equipment side, Rescue Air is a Lennox Premier Dealer and has won the Lennox Centurion Award for Excellence, which the company says places it in the top 4 percent of Lennox contractors nationwide. It also installs Trane systems, Aprilaire and Fresh-Aire UV air quality products, and Nest thermostats, and it reports a team of about 40.
Reviewers tend to name their technician and describe the explanation they got. One customer wrote that Joe, their technician, walked through every step and found problems a previous company had missed. Another had a 30-year-old system fail on a hot Sunday and had Josh on site within an hour. A third compared three bids for a full replacement and picked Rescue Air because of the detailed explanation from Chase and a stronger warranty, with Randy and Melvin completing the install within 24 hours. Roman, described as having more than 30 years in the field, is named for a next-day repair.
Service runs around the clock, estimates and second opinions are free, financing is available, and the company states a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and upfront pricing. Its Club Membership covers twice-yearly maintenance, and one five-year member described a visit from Max and Andre as polite, careful and clean.
Two things are worth knowing before booking. The service area covers 29 cities across the metroplex, from Southlake to Rockwall, so Dallas is one market among many rather than the sole focus. And the site does not publish specific parts and labor warranty terms beyond the general guarantee, so ask for those in writing on any system replacement.
For a Dallas homeowner who wants a large, established Lennox dealer with plumbing covered by the same company and a review base big enough to trust, Rescue Air and Plumbing is a strong first call.
