Recent Google Reviews
- Louise Osland5.0Both Derek and Neil were very professional and efficient. They clearly explained what the issue was and completed the repair in a timely fashion.September 2026Google
- Erin Ottosen5.0Derek B. was given a mission that was potentially impossible: remove a metal lid that had fallen down my sewer line WITHOUT cutting a tree down and digging into the ground outside my house. Was he 100% optimistic about his mission? No. But did he get down to business, use his extensive expertise in sewer scoping and succeed in the mission? Mercy yes! The sale of my house was hinging on clearing this sewer line, so I’m SO grateful that Derek pulled this off. Big thanks to Derek and his trainee whose name I don’t remember! Maybe Niel? Anyways, thanks a bunch, guys!September 2026Google
- Aaron Fong5.0Had a great experience with The Gentlemen Pros for a sump pump cleanout and inspection. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and they were able to get the service done promptly. Derek and Neal were very thorough and diligent with both the cleanout and inspection, taking the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned and in good condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the entire process. Overall, fast and convenient service with quality work. Highly recommend The Gentlemen Pros!September 2026Google
- Don Sharma4.0Dominic was very friendly, polite and professional. Took time to explain everthing and fixed main problem and several other problems as well!September 2026Google

About The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical
The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical tops Google's Edmonton plumbing results with 3,823 reviews at a 4.9 average, read September 24, 2026. The Edmonton branch works from 6053 Gateway Boulevard NW on the south side, and the company, which also runs a Calgary branch, says it has served Alberta homes since 2001. Older trucks still carry its earlier name, The Gentlemen Plumbers.
The Edmonton pages say the plumbing team is made up of Red Seal journeyman plumbers and gasfitters, and they name several of them, including Conrad, Daniel, Dave, Derek, Emad and Mohamed. Crews handle plumbing repairs and upgrades, drains and sewers, water heaters, gas lines and appliances, and sump pumps and drainage. Heating and cooling technicians work on furnaces, air conditioning and heat pumps, and an electrical team covers panels, wiring and EV chargers. Google lists the branch as open 24 hours every day. The website does not publish warranty terms, financing or licence numbers.
Reviews describe technicians who explain before they sell. Christine said Danny cleared her kitchen sink, ran a camera through the line and gave her maintenance advice. Sherry wrote that Danny walked her through the cost of repairing versus replacing a toilet without any pressure. James, who had a bad experience with another company's Poly-B replacement, said Beth in the office followed up at every step of the redo. Nicole praised Conrad for answering every question about her home, and Riley was singled out for diagnosing a steam shower that may need replacement.
The Gentlemen Pros suits an Edmonton homeowner who wants one company that can handle a plumbing call, a furnace and an electrical fix, especially for larger jobs like Poly-B replacement. It suits less well someone who wants a small shop where the owner answers the phone. Before booking, ask for the plumber's Alberta journeyperson certificate, get warranty terms in writing, and confirm who pulls the City of Edmonton permit for gas or water heater work.
