Editorial Review
Our Take on Bradham Comfort Services, Inc.
Bradham's generator dealership is the real differentiator here, backing up decades of HVAC work with a service almost nobody else in this ranking offers. The volume of repeat customers citing ten and twenty years with the company says more than any single review could. Ask for warranty terms in writing, since the site doesn't spell them out.
Best for: Whole-home generators and ductless mini-splits

Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. A company will often travel beyond the areas listed here for a large job and decline a small one at the same distance, so confirm your address before scheduling.
About Bradham Comfort Services, Inc.
Bradham Comfort Services has been doing HVAC work in Charlotte since 1975 under one name or another, most recently rebranding from Bradham Brothers to reflect a wider service list that now includes home generators. Pete Bradham remains part of the company's leadership, and reviewers who've used the company for over a decade describe consistent quality across that whole span.
Bradham holds two North Carolina contractor licenses (#6753 and #3455) and a South Carolina license (#18375). It's a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer and a Mitsubishi Ductless Elite Pro dealer for mini-split systems, and separately an authorized Kohler home generator dealer, which is a real point of difference from most Charlotte HVAC shops that only handle heating and cooling. The company is also listed as a Duke Energy Trade Ally.
Emergency service runs 24/7, and Bradham offers payment plans on installs and repairs along with financing specifically for generators. Reviewers describe technicians Bryce and Noah handling a same-evening AC repair, installation crews Mike B. and Caleb K. managing a full attic HVAC replacement, and Moses catching a failing fan motor bearing during routine maintenance and walking the customer through before-and-after photos rather than pushing an immediate sale.
Bradham covers Charlotte, Pineville, Huntersville, Davidson and Denver in North Carolina. Its website doesn't publish a company email or warranty terms, so get those in writing directly from the office, and note that a handful of the technicians named in reviews don't appear on the company's own team page, so you may not know who's coming until the truck arrives.
Bradham fits homeowners weighing a generator alongside HVAC work, since few competitors in this list carry a dedicated generator dealership. It's a reasonable fit for long-term maintenance relationships too, given customers who've stuck with the company for ten and twenty years. Confirm current license status with North Carolina's licensing board and ask directly about labor warranty length before signing, since the website is quiet on that point.
