The technician came to our house right on time and got the two fireplaces cleaned and serviced for a reasonable price. He also brought along a small piece of paper with a reminder on it that FortisBC offers an appliance maintenance rebate for our two units that I could apply for online. He explained the benefits of heat pumps in plain language and Gaslights cost estimate was very competitive. They indicated that since they deal directly with the manufacturer- Daikin- they are able to get a preferred price that they pass onto consumers.
