- Saskia Elias1.0I have to adjust my review. I was happy with the install. After sales service is terrible. I cannot stand by my original glowing review. Sent technician in February. Did not solve my issue. I never heard from them again for 7 months. My problem never was resolved. I am no longer am so impressed with Red Blue. They gave me a reasonable quote, always showed up on time and were very professional. The replacement of my old heat pump was painless. From the administrators to the installers and Dave the estimator, I had the best experience. All knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend hiring them for your heating and cooling needs.September 2026Google
- David Fowler5.0Fantastic experience with Red Blue. Corey was extremely thorough and professional, and very easy to work with. The service report was one of the most detailed I’ve ever received — complete with photos, measurements, and clear notes on every step he took. Highly recommended.August 2026Google
- tango monkey1.0On a annual gas furnace inspection, they nearly burnt down my house. The tech left the gas on while trying to measure gas pressure. He should have turned the gas off. The escaping gas ignited and a flame the size of a basketball was coming out of my furnace. The tech yelled, "kill it!" I didn't know what that meant so I froze. He ran to the power switch and powered off the furnace; the flame went out. But the insulation on a bunch of wires was burned off and an exhaust vent was partly melted. He spent a bunch of time replacing some wires but I didn't trust his work. I phoned the company and they sent out another tech for no charge. He replaced even more wires and by his estimation the partly melted vent is still functional. I wanted it replaced so he told me that he would find out the price and get back to me. No call and the office wouldn't return any of my calls. (They actually charged me for that inspection.) So I decided to make a complaint with BBB. But the local BBB site blows up when I try to make a complaint. So I complained to the BBB that their site is not functional. BBB left one message, and it has been several month now and the site still doesn't work. So Google is my recourse. It will be almost a year now that RedBlue nearly burnt my house down: this inspection happened in December of 2025. I stopped bothering to call RedBlue. I should have known better because I had them replace my hot water heater the previous year and I overheard the two techs saying, "nobody will ever know." I wondered what they were talking about. When I received the invoice it told me that they had installed securing straps. None had been installed. (Didn't their manager bother to check the photos they had taken of their finished work?) What other shoddy work did they do? I called and they sent someone else to install the missing straps. I will never let this business into my house again. I will find another vendor and find out how much it will cost to change the partly melted venting pipe.August 2026Google
- David Backhouse5.0Just like to share a very positive experience we had with our recent heat pump installation done by RED BLUE. We have a challenging three‑storey home with no existing venting, a senior living in the downstairs suite, and a remote‑working adult upstairs. Because of the complexity and cost, we had always been hesitant about installing an HVAC system. After receiving three quotes, we chose RED BLUE as our contractor. Their pricing was competitive, but just as important to us, the overall “feel” from estimator Alex gave us confidence that a timeline would be fast and the process straightforward, and they absolutely delivered. Once we signed on, everything moved quickly. Timelines were clearly laid out and followed (major shout‑out to Sarah!). From the venting team (Ben and Jordan) to the fleet of refrigeration vans that arrived just days later, everyone was pleasant, respectful, and efficient while working in our home. We are honestly ecstatic with the outcome and with our choice of RED BLUE. The quality of the product, their attention to detail, and, most of all, the people we interacted with at every step made this an exceptionally seamless experience.August 2026Google
- Steeve Lesperance5.0Simply the best, Don Gach and his team are the most professional in the industry, prompt service, expert advice and extremely well trained technicians who listen to the customer's concerns, thanks for all the great work Corey....!!!!August 2026Google
- Brent & Judy Dunn Dunn5.0We are extremely happy with the Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pump that RedBlue installed yesterday! RedBlue was amazing from the start to the finish. A seamless professional, knowledgeable process starting from our call to request a quote, the visit by Andrew to discuss our needs, to the install done yesterday by the amazing team lead by Owen & electrical done by Jacob, when they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and we will highly recommend RedBlue!!August 2026Google

A family without heat on a frosty weekend said Bryan came out the same Monday, found the problem and had the part in stock. A maintenance customer praised Scott for a thorough annual check of a Fujitsu system. One long-time customer posted their own cost comparison and concluded that heating with their heat pumps cost less than heating with natural gas.

RedBlue suits West Shore and Victoria homeowners who want a heat pump from a larger, well-staffed company with good follow-up, and businesses that need refrigeration and HVAC from one contractor. Ask about weekend availability if you rely on it for heating emergencies.
