Each had at least 4.5 stars, 50 Google reviews, an operating status, a working website and a staffed street address inside the City of Toronto, including Etobicoke, North York and East York. Doorway sites, shared-suite addresses, virtual offices and firms based outside the city were left out, which is why the list has four entries rather than ten. No company paid for a place.
